An exciting opportunity awaits

We currently have an opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Team. The Marketing Coordinator supports marketing in the execution of internal and external marketing plans by providing administrative and project management support, facilitating sponsorship and event activities and maintaining records and budgets.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development, execution, and support of various employee and member-focused communication, projects, and campaigns.
  • Assist in the development, production, and distribution of member communication such as sales tools, brochures, newsletters, and direct mail.
  • Support the planning and management of meetings, tradeshows, and events.
  • Manage print production and distribution of printed and digital promotional material. Manage advertising and production partner relationships.
  • Schedule and traffic advertising through paid and owned channels.
  • Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring project success.
  • Accurately maintain and track records related to budgets, invoices, trademarks and creative archives.
  • Manage marketing team resources, timelines and workflow through ownership and administration of the Marketing Work Management system and team huddle.
  • Establish and adhere to deadlines based on marketing department and other key stakeholder needs.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify internal communication needs and recommend action based on organizational projects, changes, etc.
  • Action or triage requests made to the general marketing email.
  • Work collaboratively to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
  • Provide support to organizational projects as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Post secondary degree or diploma in Creative Communications, Design, Business Administration or Marketing will be considered an asset
  • 2 to 4 years of related work experience
  • Software proficiency, including MS Office Professional (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with departments across the organization
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to function well under pressure; handle a high volume, fast pace and multiple assignments without sacrificing quality or attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem solve to meet tight deadlines
