Join our great team! Nutech/Acme Kamloops branch is looking for an Inside Sales/Counter Salesperson with a positive, professional attitude focusing on customer satisfaction, maintaining an orderly appearance, and possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be well organized. Successful candidates will be responsible for the sales process from inception to the execution of the order.

Business Hours are Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm. Closed weekends and Statutory Holidays

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and taking orders.
• Processing payments.
• Answering phonecalls and directing customers.
• Assisting customers with queries and providing solutions quickly.
• Possessing excellent product knowledge to inform and increase sales.
• Following up on orders to prevent delay and increase customer satisfaction
• Generating Invoices for various products.
• Updating the product inventory.
• Assist in Mask Fit testing (we will provide training)
• Cleaning the customer area during quiet times to ensure a neat appearance.
• Shipping products from the store and Receiving products.
• Merchandising & Product Stocking
• Create a welcoming environment for customers and fellow staff members

Skills Required:

-Excellent Customer Service Skills

-Great Phone etiquette

-Be able to communicate effectively

-Team Player,

-Computer/software knowledge

-Organized and willing to work on own initiative

-Be able to lift up to 50lbs

-Retail Sales experience is an asset
