This role sits within Laurentian Bank, a subsidiary of Laurentian Bank Financial Group. It is an internship opportunity for Summer 2023.

Responsibilities


  • Support with the creation and updates of standard operating procedures and process descriptions, reference guides and work tools (within the HR team)
  • Understand tasks, review workflow and document everything accordingly
  • Review existing process descriptions and documents and update as required
  • Work closely with the HR Process Improvement team
  • Support the executive assistant in her duties
  • Any other related tasks

Qualifications


The ideal candidate:

  • Is presently completing a university degree in Library, Information Science or any other related field
  • Has a great knowledge of French (speaking and writing)
  • Is detailed oriented and works well in a team
  • Is motivated and proactive
