Job Description

allsaints is on the hunt for an exceptional General Manager to join our team. Housed in a repurposed church in the heart of Sandy Hill, we are a busy and growing multi-space venue with restaurant, terrace, on-site bakery, private dining room and 300 person event space.

We are looking for a GM with a minimum of 5 years experience in a senior management role in a restaurant environment. While our business spreads pretty evenly between event and restaurant operations, we need someone with particular focus on restaurant service and a willingness to work the floor. This is not an office based role. Bilingualism is a big asset, and communication skills are paramount.

Your priority should be the experience of our guests, making sure they receive excellent service throughout. To achieve this, you'll deliver great training to our staff, organize service, and maintain tight system controls across bar, hygiene, hr, maintenance, and more.

The role includes daytimes, evenings, and weekends as required and you should have the flexibility to adjust accordingly.
