This is a full-time support staff Bargaining Unit position reporting to the Manager, Facilities Operations, working 35 hours per week at an hourly rate of $39.15
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the College’s mechanical systems are maintained and operating according to specification. The process includes completion of preventative maintenance procedures and equipment repairs including pumps, water systems, plumbing fixtures, heating/cooling components, BAS (Building Automation System) and other related mechanical devices in a multi-building environment.

Completion of a recognized personal support worker certificate or health care aide program from a community college or equivalent education.
4 years or more of professional experience within the investment industry. Effectively respond to client account inquiries and take ownership of follow-ups.
