Job Description

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Customer service skills with demonstrated ability to perform detailed tasks
  • Effective customer care and problem resolution skills
  • Professional email communication and telephony skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email services
  • Professional communication skills, Cantonese & Mandarin-speaking are assets
  • Experience with client management software BrokerBay is an asset
  • Flexible work hours are negotiable

ROLE'S RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handling inbound calls and provide assistance to agents and clients as per request.
  • Processing requests for property showings in accurately and timely manner for listing agents as well as Co-op agents and associates
  • Submit listings via TREB MLS® and make changes as required.
  • Preparation of complete listing, offer agreements and other real estate documents as per agent's request,
  • Resolving issues and concerns raised by clients and agents

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Richmond Hill, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
