Job Description

Working in collaboration with the team, your role is to identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion, emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems, and answer questions about the products.

What you'll be doing:

  • Support the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential customers.
  • Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Conduct market research and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and produce marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Manage and update the company's customer relationship pipeline with accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, performance metrics, and presentations for management.
  • Monitor and track sales and marketing activities, including campaign effectiveness, website analytics, and lead conversion rates.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales and marketing.

  • Preferred location: Greater Vancouver Area, BC - position is remote.
