Job Description

At Fratello Coffee Roasters, we've been roasting exceptional coffee in Calgary for over 40 years. As a Warehouse Team Member, you'll be a part of our rich history and tradition of excellence. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our products are accurately processed and delivered on time, working closely with our team to complete pick and pack activities, and preparing products for shipping and delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Pick and Pack:

  • Process sales orders and pack products according to the wholesale and online customer packaging standards
  • Retrieve products from inventory and pack them accurately
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory
  • Report any missing inventory or low stock levels to the Warehouse Supervisor

Shipping and Delivery:

  • Organize and package daily shipments in order of courier, pickup, and delivery time
  • Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and bills
  • Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles
  • Verify contents of warehouse shipments and stock items
  • Drive company vehicle for local delivery purposes

Other Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Email invoices to customers with pick-up details or ETA tracking information
  • Communicate effectively with team members and customers
  • Operate a forklift and lift heavy objects as required

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in warehouse and/or distribution
  • Familiarity with fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and general warehouse work
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in basic math skills
  • Appreciation for clean and organized work environments
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks or comparable accounting tools
  • Forklift certification
  • Ability to lift heavy objects

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Work Location: In person
