Actalent is actively seeking a Systems Engineer for an exciting opportunity in Ottawa, Ontario!

Summary: In this project for the Defence and Military sector, you'll have the opportunity to gain new knowledge while contributing to large scale and innovative projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review project/system level cost and proposal inputs for the Systems efforts
• Coordinate requirements and design solutions with the end customer
• Lead peer reviews of Systems Engineering work products and supporting peer reviews of other disciplines work products
• Ensure the coordination of project technical development, to maximize reuse and new technology design elements, consistent with company strategic objective; as appropriate to meet the requirements of the project
• Ensure processes and procedures for analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of the project training system are cost efficient; while meeting program customer needs
• Create and maintain project/product line systems documentation to support either project documentation deliverables or follow-on development efforts across the product line

Requirements:

• Government Clearance
• Systems Engineering (Documentation, Design, Integration)
• Experience working with proposals
• Defence/Military experience
