We are seeking a Senior IT QA to lead the testing efforts for our software development projects. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing and executing test cases, developing and maintaining test automation scripts, and ensuring that our software is of high quality and meets our customers' needs. You will work closely with the software development team to identify and resolve issues, and ensure that our software is delivered on time and within budget.

Most of the things you'll work on:

• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test procedures
• Lead the testing effort for software development projects
• Design, implement and execute manual and automated test cases
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts
• Ensure that software meets customer requirements and quality standards
• Identify and report software defects and work with the development team to resolve them
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and mitigate risk
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new testing technologies

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
• Experience leading the testing effort for software development projects
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing
• Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
