Under the direction of the Marketing Administration manager, the Shipping & Inventory Administrator is responsible for the shipping and receiving of point-of-sale materials and chemical equipment from our administrative warehouse. They act as the primary order desk contact for all point of sale material, and they work hand-in-hand with our Product Orders team to process all shipments of chemical equipment from our location.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Receiving inventory, validating orders, and putting orders away as they arrive from suppliers.
  • Assembling components of various point of sale items in to finished products and kits.
  • Receiving and processing orders from dealers and field staff via phone and email.
  • Receiving and processing of chemical product and equipment orders from the Product Orders team.
  • Pulling orders from inventory, packing orders, and creating appropriate shipping labels using multiple shipping platforms (processing on average 15 to 25 orders per day).
  • Handling return shipments, including arranging for pickups from dealers and creating and sending waybills for said returns.
  • Maintaining an orderly inventory of point of sale materials.
  • Assisting the Inventory Analyst with regular inventory counts.
  • Liaising with the Inventory Analyst when inventory is noticed to be running low, may be at risk of running low, or when deliveries are not as expected.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a warehouse setting, administration and customer service.
  • Completion of high school, with experience in a related field, such as Shipping/Receiving or Administration.
  • Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
  • Fluent in English with proven skills in verbal and written communication. Preferably also proficient in French.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
