Detail - Shift Lead

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Detail Shift Supervisor. This position will supervise and help direct the make-ready and detail technicians in preparation of units for delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing a large detail staff
• Schedule and assign daily cleaning duties
• Assist with hiring and training new staff members
• Manage time cards, work schedules and issues reprimands when necessary
• Report to Management on a regular basis
• Ordering and inventory control of supplies
• Performs quality control inspection of all vehicles before being brought to frontline
• Coordinates with Sales and Service to insure on-time deliveries

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
