About the Opportunity

Under the direction of the Manager of Sustainability and Improvement, and working closely with the NSH Supply Chain team, the Senior Analyst, Supply Chain provides expertise in managing and analyzing data. This is accomplished by combining a fundamental understanding of supply chain and the needs of customers with expert skill in the use of large volumes of information and IT driven systems to support decision making and monitor performance of the service including people, processes and financial management. The senior analyst is a key leadership role across the supply chain portfolio and is responsible to provide leadership to analyst teams. The Senior Analyst will also work in close collaboration with the Supply Chain Management team in relation to issues and matters of provincial scope in order to support consistency in practices across NSH.

About You

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:


  • Bachelor Degree in business, science or engineering, or other fields relevant to the duties performed, required.
  • Minimum Three (3) years' experience in a supply chain analytical role working with large volumes of complex information
  • Project management certification an asset
  • Lean certification an asset
  • Experience supervising staff and coaching to achieve high levels of performance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and strict deadlines
  • SAP experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to forge partnerships with other functional areas to drive performance across the business
  • Capable of managing large amounts of data and able to extract and summarize the critical points
  • Proficient at communicating in a clear, concise manner
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
  • Proven ability to utilize systems and information to effectively communicate business performance and support other users
  • Attention to detail in preparation and delivery of recall information to a wide audience
  • Highly developed numeracy and IT skills to support the business
  • Demonstrated ability to create and maintain excellent customer service
  • Strong analytical skills and strong conflict resolution skills
  • Efficiently delegates the issues to the team members
  • Competencies in other languages preferred; French an asset

Hours

  • Permanent ,Full-time (100%) position, 75 hrs bi-weekly

Compensation and Incentives

$34.07 - $42.59 Hourly
