We are looking for experienced enforcement Security Guards to work in Wasaga Beach and Collingwood.

PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CAN NOT WORK IN WASAGA BEACH or COLLINGWOOD.

Responsibilities:

· Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules

· Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security

· Warn violators of premise rules and regulations

· Apprehend or expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts

· Removal or arrest of trespassers

· Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes

· Request emergency personnel for high risk situations

Qualifications:

· Must have previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields

· Must have current Use of Force Training

· Must have current Handcuff training

· Must fully understand the Trespass to Property Act and Citizens Powers of Arrest

· Familiarity with security equipment

· Ability to handle physical workload

· Strong attention to detail

· Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence

· Strong verbal and written communications skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Night shift

Experience:

• Ontario Security Guard: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Ontario Security Guard Licence (required)
• Use of Force certification (preferred)
• Handcuff certification (preferred)
• Do you own a working vehicle (required)
• Are you looking for Full Time (preferred)
• Are you able to work 5pm to 3am shifts (required)
• Are you able to work in Wasaga Beach (preferred)
• Are you able to work in Collingwood (preferred)

Shift availability:

• Night Shift (preferred)
• Overnight Shift (preferred)
