Smart Stays Intl is looking for a Sales Executive to expand our short-term rental inventory by communicating with homeowners, small to mid sized resorts and real-estate developers across the western hemisphere in prime locations on Smart Stays International's technology enhanced reservation platform and property management service. Sales e executives for Smart Stays International are accountable for achieving their quarterly and monthly sales targets while working in a high-velocity sales environment. The position calls for a variety of abilities, such as analyzing our competitors and local laws, building networks with area real estate agents and other potential sources within the vacation rental market, drafting customized letters to potential clients, calling prospective leads, methodically managing leads, setting appointments, phone call and video conference meetings with prospective clients, closing sales and representing our business in a professional and cooperative manner.
Handling inbound and outbound sales operations via telesales, video conferencing, and in-person meetings will be the primary responsibility.
Identify opportunities, plan, and implement management portfolio growth in collaboration with teams.
Ensure owner satisfaction by collaborating closely with regional operations and support personnel.
To stay up to date with changes, understand and communicate the company's services and policies.
Maintain a consistent log of sales activity updates in the company-specific CRM.
Manage your sales pipeline through the various sales development stages while handling a lot of networking and lead generation.
Create sales opportunities, develop rapport with potential customers over the phone, collaborate with team members, and close sales
Must be able to gain the trust of potential customers and establish oneself as an industry authority. based on moral principles
This will require expertise in the vacation rental sector, the capacity to serve as a consultant to homeowners, and the ability to establish relationships with clients that will last over time.
