Custom Cellular is an Independent TELUS/KOODO Authorized Dealer with 10 locations throughout Alberta and Northern BC. We are seeking customer focused, energetic, friendly people who share our passion for Customer Service and the Telecom Industry!

Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Representative you will be responsible for:

• Providing Outstanding Customer Service to all Inbound/Outbound and/or Virtual Customers
• Selling and Promoting of all TELUS/KOODO Products and Services
• Determining needs of Consumer/Business Clients and suggesting the appropriate Products or Solutions to meet those needs
• Contacting our Customer Base regularly (phone/text) to offer After Sales Support or Sales Solutions as needed

• Must meet minimum age requirements to sign Legal Documents (18 in Alberta; 19 in British Columbia)
