Agilus is recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator in the Energy sector in Calgary, Alberta.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the Talent Acquisition Advisor in all recruitment activities within the organization for a temporary period of 4 months. This is an on-site working full-time position in Downtown Calgary.

A typical day:
  • Write and format job descriptions for posting in the internal ATS and job boards
  • Review and screen candidate applications
  • Complete candidate prescreening
  • Maintain contact and follow up throughout the recruitment process
  • Coordinate and schedule recruitment activities including intake meetings, phone screens, interviews, and reference checks
  • Update candidate records and track recruitment activities in UKG

The successful candidate brings:
  • +2 years of recruitment administration or related experience
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Human Resources or similar field preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems - UKG, Workday, SuccessFactors would be ideal
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment where organization and prioritization are key
