We partner with communities in North America to design, build, operate and service state-of-the-art organic waste treatment facilities. Our eco-friendly facilities divert residential and commercial organic (green) waste from landfills and convert it into valuable resources such as biogas and compost.

What are we looking for on your CV?

• Minimum of 1-2 years full-cycle recruitment experience is required.
• Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, business or other related discipline preferred.
• CPHR designation or working towards designation preferred.
• Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.) required.
• Demonstrated business acumen.
• Fluent in using social media and posting sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Indeed, LinkedIn etc.
• Strong relationship builder, able to work with schools.
• Experience and ability to work with HRIS & ATS software (e.g., UKG, LinkedIn) is an asset.
• Data analysis and research skills
