Our Surrey based real estate/property management client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager/Property Administrator to join the team.
Surrey Location, 100% in-office, up to $70K + benefits
This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the office, providing administrative support to the executive team, and managing office systems, supplies and equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the office, including mail, supplies, and facilities
- Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling appointments, organizing travel, and managing email and correspondence
- Oversee and maintain office systems, including phone, copier, and computer systems
- Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and special projects as required
- Provide general support to visitors, employees and vendors
- Perform other administrative and management duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience as an Office Manager including knowledge of and experience with Property Management insurance at an administrative level
- Previous experience within the Property Management/Real Estate industry will be highly regarded
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
