About our client

Our client is the largest privately-owned company that offers access to a broad range of electrical distribution products and services. To support this exponential growth, they are seeking an experienced P rogram Manager to join their dynamic team in a full-time permanent position. This position will run from Monday to Friday and offer a competitive salary depending on the experience. Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing programs to meet business goals
  • Overseeing and facilitating the advancement of the supply chain, production, quality control, profitability and customer support
  • Providing strategic guidance and leading team members
  • Handling Finished Goods Inventory deployment planning with site coordinator teams
  • Making strategies to expand customer and forecast requirements
  • Ensuring that programs run smoothly and efficiently to meet timelines and business objectives
  • Developing a close working relationship with key strategic partners to support mutual business success
  • Initiating extra activities and management interventions where required

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing role is required
  • Experience and knowledge of industrial product manufacturing and post-delivery customer support are preferred
  • Must have a strong competency in project management methodologies
  • Must have strong managerial and communication skills
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and identify complex problems
  • Self-motivated and proactive with extensive customer-facing experience
  • Team-oriented, with demonstrated ability to work with others to drive targeted outcomes
  • Must be able and willing to travel to Florida, US occasionally
  • Adaptable and professional demeanor
