We are Currently looking for Production Trayers to join our client’s team in Amherst, NS! You will be working with one of the largest end-to-end baking facilities in North America.

Hours: Days & Nights
Salary: $17.75/hour for days
$18.75/hour for nights

Start Date: April 26, 2023

Responsibilities:
Setting Up Machines

• Ensure Machine Deck is Clean of Previous Product (Seeds 0r foreign Material)
• Retrieving Bags, Ensure Bag Lot Numbers are Recorded on Wrapper Sheet. (Kwik Loks)
• Counting and recording Product
• Recoding Product if Necessary (Ensure Recode Log is Used to allow Traceability).
• Physically Demanding – Highly repetitive motion, bending and lifting.
• Trays will be stacked to a height of 14 to 15 high.
• Be careful to stack trays properly into groves to prevent stack from collapsing.

Requirements:

• Quickly stack trays and grab the next empty.
• The rollers on the line in front of the Trayer are to help slide the Rolls into the trays easier.
• When the stack is finished push it back far enough to start the next stack.
• Ensure no Foreign Material or Contamination in the Tray. Any foreign material the tray may contain is to be reported to your supervisor immediately.
• Watch For: Jam-ups, Defective Rolls, Rolls Sideways in bags, Kwik Loks are completely locked onto bag.
