The Role
Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the Plant Production Operator is responsible to ensure the timely manufacture of animal feed and ingredients. This role involves shift work and manual labor in indoor and outdoor settings (training provided). Feed mill production experience is considered an asset but is not required. We seek people who will bring a collaborative approach, positive attitude, strong work ethic, and focus on quality to work with them every day.
