Required Education and Experience

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, preferred
• 0-3 years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, required
• 1-2 years logistics industry experience preferred
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, required
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, required

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• REQUIRED:Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a B.Sc. Degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Chemistry, BioChem, or Biology related field from a recognized Canadian University (Canadian University recognized equivalency assessment will also be accepted) - required for Alternate Qualified Person In Charge qualification (AQPIC)
• REQUIRED: Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising a team
• Preferred: Experience leading a team in a logistics/warehousing or manufacturing setting
• Preferred: Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a distribution/warehouse/manufacturing setting
• Preferred: Experience working in the Rx/Pharma field
