This Candidate will be in charge for packaging operation, Daily & Weekly Activities as below.

Working hour 8am to 4 pm- Overtime when require.

Daily Activities

Supervise shift operation assigned

Sign-in temporary associates

Run pre-shift meeting

Training associates and explaining jobs

Checking emails

First check on the floor

Checking Work queue to make sure everything is picked for the day

Getting Masters ready

Receiving Masters

Assigning put aways to Forklift Operator

Second check on the floor

Lunch break

Workload/labor planning for next day

Printing DRP/CASE labels required for next day

Third check on the floor

Re-labelling remaining feeder stock and corrugate on the floor

Explaining to Forklift operator how the next day would look like

Spending time on floor to make sure every job is finished/helping out team

Wrapping up the day/sending out Packaging plan email

Signing out associates.

Weekly Activities

Pulling a new open PO report for Packaging PO's

Running PKG numbers for the previous week

Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferred
• 0-3 years operations experience in a lead/supervisor/management role, required
• 1-2 years logistics industry experience preferred
• Staff management, workload planning, objective setting and organizational skills, required
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English, required
