The branch leader is responsible for branch management with all aspects of Paladin 24/7 security business portfolio. This position will oversee a diverse team to demonstrate to them the Paladin difference. This position will allow you to empower staff and to manage multiple portfolios of clients and security guards.

Job Description:

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and executing projects, with an emphasize on long-term strategic planning and thorough collaboration with team members
  • Work closely with Directors, Executive Vice President, and other Departments
  • Communicate and advise the People & Culture Lead and Labour Relations Manager on union grievances
  • Lead the re-launch and prioritization of Paladin’s special coverage portfolio of business, including related inside sales opportunities
  • Carry out routine critical gap analysis of security programs to detect deficiencies and liabilities
  • Interpret KPI reports and implement operational adjustments


Qualifications:

  • Managerial experience with a demonstrated history of progressive management responsibilities
  • Experience with managing security programs, operational and scheduling coordination
  • Experience in security account management best practices, general property management, and call center support services; a professional security or property management designation is an asset
  • Well-defined business acumen, including definable experience in negotiation, conflict resolution, and large-scale team management
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong internal and external working relationships
  • Must have a reliable working vehicle
  • Working knowledge of appropriate legislation and provincial / national standards on fire safety, security, and protection of privacy
