As a member of the Operations team, you will have the opportunity to work with our dynamic Consulting practice to help coordinate and execute strategic initiatives and priorities. Your role at a glance

Your role is to be on the front line of running the consulting operations team making sure the team has the tools needed to run proficiently. You can see the big picture and connect the dots to ensure we exceed client expectations (internal stakeholders and leadership).

• Working with Consulting leaders to help manage the operations team efficiently and effectively
• Be the single point of contact for data architecture required to run the consulting practice
• Liaise with development teams to create and manage new tools
• Work with business units to develop insightful reporting
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless integrations between functions (finance, talent, experience management, learning, deal governance)
• Coordinate operations activities required for year-end planning and execution
• Ensure new projects integrate seamlessly with existing processes
• Develop and maintain an operational playbook
• Collaborative and consultative approach to making projects successful with both teammates and clients

• Excellent interpersonal skills facilitating quick integration into new teams and rapidly establish credibility with clients and Consulting professionals
• Devise practical but innovative approaches to solving complex problems and drive alignment towards insightful solutions

• Microsoft Suite (Advanced knowledge in Excel)
• Alteryx

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in managing operations of professional services
• Strong analytical tools experience (excel, alteryx)
• Understanding of high-level finance, recruitment and experience management processes within a professional services environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Solid understanding of data architecture
• Exceptional executive presence
• Cultural awareness and strong EQ
• Focused, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
• Receptive to constructive feedback
