1. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of the school
2. Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
3. Plan and control budget and inventory
4. Schedule classes and create timetables for each term
5. Coordinate the time among teachers, parents, and students
6. Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems
7. Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
8. Hire, train and supervise staff
9. Calculate tutors’ working hours and pay
10. Communicate with the accountant about monthly accounting needs
11. Withdraw and deposit cash or check collected from clients
12. Provide professional suggestions on the design of the school curriculum
