• Answer and handle phone calls and email queries.

• Create PowerPoint presentations for employees and clients.
• Order office supplies and handle company clothing orders.
• Follow up with printing and photocopying requests.
• Additional administrative support as required.

• Experience in a business administrative capacity is well regarded.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle private documents carefully.
• Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professional composure.
• Self-motivated and able to work well independently.
