Description:

• Head of technology around the C# ASP.NET language
• Own documentation (basic set of guidelines), design principles and things around technical delivery
• Step into different programs as needed to be evangelists of that technology and leverage strong Solid Principles and design principles, TDD
• If there is a group that needs up skilling, if there is a problem that is not being designed well
• They own the standard around that technology and help deliver on the issues and problems with those technical solutions
• Evaluate code and see what can be done better
• Strong communicators and deep experts in the technology
• There is no people management in this role, no process development. Just technical delivery experts
• Great if they can upskill others and communicate/transfer knowledge
• Would not be team specific. This is flight software. Hardware integration concerns, stepping in to assist those teams. Not program experts but technical experts. They step in for small periods and not staying on programs for long
• Being lent out to different programs to unblock and deliver solid designs

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

1) Experience in C# ASP.NET Development

• Core is important (Not an old flavor of ASP.NET)

2) Previous enterprise grade deployment of web technologies

3) Angular (Not Angular.Js)

4) Solid Principles Experience

5) Object Oriented Design Principle (OOD) in the development

6) Test Driven Design/Development experience (TDD)

7) Strong Communication skills to articulate what they are doing and why they are doing it
