We are a fast-paced, fast-growing marketing firm that works with small businesses across the country through our local marketing offices in small-sized Canadian cities, with marketing execution handled centrally in our Lethbridge fulfillment hub.

What a Marketing Specialist - Copywriting Does

Your position would be Marketing Specialist in the area of copywriting, which means you would be the person that executes the copywriting assigned to you from our Marketing Managers. As a Specialist in our fulfillment hub, you’d have limited client exposure, which would allow you to focus on what you do best and let the dedicated Marketing Manager worry about the client details. Some of the elements of the role include, but aren’t limited to:

• Digital ad copywriting
• Script writing
• Website copywriting
• Blog writing
• Email campaign copywriting
• Print media copywriting
• Following a creative brief
• Creating with the brand’s tone and voice

Qualities You Need to Have

There’s a few things that are really important to be able to thrive in our environment.

For starters, you’ll need to exhibit all three of our culture fit criteria:

Additionally, there’s some minimum requirements:

• Mastery of English and grammar
• Experience with conversion-driven copywriting

• Experience with Asana
• Experience with Google Workspace

Compensation

This current position offers a salary range between $50,000-$60,000 per year depending on skill fit.
