We have an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and creative Marketing Specialist.


Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist will play an important role in day-to-day operations of MCI’s Corporate Health Solutions, supporting strategic internal and external communications initiatives, including public-facing, client, physician and employee communications that promote services provided by Corporate Health Solutions (CHS). You are someone that is creatively driven and possesses a passion for marketing.


Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Health Solutions, key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Supporting the leadership with development and preparation of marketing projects – both internal and external (writing, project management, event coordination etc.).
  • Writing, editing and distributing press releases.
  • Monitoring, maintaining and responding to social media inquiries.
  • Tracking, monitoring, measuring and disseminating, both social and traditional, media mentions.
  • Proactively pushing information about CHS through social channels.
  • Writing, editing and coordinating content programs with the leadership team.
  • Coordinating and executing customer communications projects.
  • Managing the CHS brand both internally and externally.
  • Managing and assisting in coordinating efforts in the relevant industry and community events.
  • Providing administrative support to the marketing team

Qualifications and Skills

  • University Degree or College Diploma in a related field preferred
  • Demonstrated skill and flair in business content writing, editing, and proofreading
  • Knowledge/experience in professional services preferred
  • Experience independently managing projects from inception to completion
  • Minimum 2 years experience with the following:
    • Design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite / Canva
    • Content management systems, particularly WordPress
    • Social media management
  • Strong organization skills; ability to multi-task
  • Detail-oriented and accuracy a must
  • Strong communication skills

Additional Plus:

  • Graphic design
  • Genuine interest in Healthcare and related issues

Job Type: Full Time - Term

Duration: 3 month Contract
