What is LCS?

• A conveyancing software program (offering same service to law firms as Unity, Conveyancer and Lawyer Done Deal)

Job details:

• Fully remote
• Real estate law clerk experience required
• Having experience in Unity, LDD, or Conveyancer is a major asset

Job Responsibilities

• Learn how to use LCS (having experience with other conveyancing softwares will make this portion very easy)
• Set up meetings to configure new accounts
• Configure new accounts with law firms over the phone with remote access control of their computer
• Give law firms the attention that they require (email or call to check in on them every few days)
• Keep track of a large list of law firms
• Build relationships with the lawyers and law clerks at the law firms that you are assigned
• Train law firms on how to use LCS in workshops
• If given feedback, jot it down in bullet points and we will discuss those so they can trickle over to product
• Ensure law firms are aware of our support channels

Tools you will use (no experience required for any - they are all easy to learn)

• Hubspot: communication, tasks, tracking, meeting links
• Zoho Assist: remote access
• Vonage: calling
• Microsoft Teams: video calling

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Clerical: 2 years (required)
