We are currently looking for experienced landscape construction workers who are comfortable with

• driving with a trailer
• excavation with small (shovel, pickaxe) and larger (mini skid steers and skid steers) tools
• grading with small (rake) and larger (mini skid steers and skid steers) tools
• loading trailers with skid steer
• hard work
• long hours
• woodwork ( fences, decks, reading a tape measure, saw, drill)
• Hard and soft landscaping

We are offering a unique get paid interview style. Come out for the day, try it out, see what you think. $20 and hour cash for all hours worked at the end of the workday, with an informal interview at the end to see if we are a good fit for each other. If we both feel it is a good fit, we can then discuss what the starting wage will be based on what you bring to the table. For the right person/persons we are willing to pay more to get the right crew together for the summer. At Southwest Lawn we value problem solving skills, a good attitude and a willingness to work hard along with the crew. If you have those attributes, we are willing to pay more to get the right group of people working together all summer

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

Experience:

• Landscape Construction: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
