Your work environment at EXP

In this role, you will be a part of the Land Development team, based in Calgary office.

The successful applicants will be joining a diverse engineering group in Western Canada poised for growth and challenging opportunities well into the future. This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Director, Land Development Western Canada .

We work for many of the top land developers in and around the City of Calgary on large and multifaceted projects and with a broad variety of partners from planners to archaeologists to approving authorities. We provide our team with an opportunity to work in an industry that has a large beneficial impact on the residents of the City of Calgary and surrounding area.

  • Assisting Project Managers and project teams with financial, project management and contract management tasks as identified by the Manager.

What your experience looks like

  • Have a strong customer service orientation
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Bring a high level of knowledge in Microsoft Office. MS Office Apps primarily used include: Excel, Project, SharePoint, Word
  • Possess a knack for the use of various computer applications such as accounting (Deltek) and proprietary software
  • Having a background in Land Development, preferably in the Calgary Region, is an asset
  • Having a basic understanding of accounting and project management principles and practices is an asset
