We are currently recruiting for a Receiver Ferrous with experience for our Dartmouth, Nova Scotia location. Under the supervision of the Operation Director - Atlantic and Maine , the incumbent will be responsible for the general maintenance of the premises.

• Receive, sort and organize different types of ferrous metals
• Properly weigh and track the material
• Do general maintenance of the premises
• Ensure the equipment in good condition
• Provide excellent customer service to clients on site
• Operate the Loader as required
• Work with a safety oriented mindset

• Experience in operating a crane
• Experience in metal recycling
• Ability to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions
• Good physical fitness
• Ability to work as a team
• Excellent attendance and safety record.

Additional Information:

• Permanent and full-time position;
• 44 hours per week, including some rotating weekend work
• Opportunity for overtime;
