POSITION SUMMARY
As the Junior Graphic Designer, you are responsible for assisting the e-commerce department with photo editing for off-model, on-model and other related photography.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in the technical coordination of e-commerce initiatives by editing off-model and on-model photography and adhering to editing standards
  • Ensure the required graphical/technical requirements are in place for photos with proper image optimization and image naming conventions
  • Provide suggestions and research industry trends to continuously improve and optimize e-commerce sales and initiatives
  • Create multi-media design solutions for print, signage, packaging, presentations and other print applications.
  • Support Creative Designer on digital design assets to support Marketing efforts as required.
  • Stay informed of current and changing trends in fashion and design.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with external resources (printers, sign makers, etc.)
  • Produce and maintain brand assets for marketing campaigns
  • Assist in other related duties or tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1+ year of experience in graphic design or a similar capacity
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Ilustrator, Indesign and Lightroom
  • Experience working in the fashion and/or retail industry is an asset
  • Experience optimizing images for web and photo-editing
  • Results-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team
  • Proven ability to work with a cross-functional team and collaborate
  • Ability to multi-task and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Positive attitude with great enthusiasm
