Our Vancouver based real estate development client is seeking a Junior Accountant to join the team on a permanent basis.

**Competitive salary ranging from $50,000 - $60,000**

Reporting to the Controller and working closely with the Senior Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

• Full cycle accounts payable and receivable
• Assisting with month end; including, journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals
• Partnering closely with the development team

The successful candidate will have:

• 2+ years accounting experience in a similar role
• Experience within a project based environment will be an asset
• Experience with accounting software and MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
