The Solution Support Implementer (SSI) is instrumental in the flexibility and execution of Solutions implementations for both large and jumbo Fleet as well as the ON!Track software. The SSI will work closely with, and support, the Solution Success Specialist (SSS) and AM/RM to execute the ON!Track implementation, including asset management, inventory management, employee certifications, and equipment maintenance, and training of client personnel on the phone app. The SSI will often work independently on jobsites tagging assets, training client personnel, and ensuring data uniformity. They will work closely with Hilti personnel in preparation for large and jumbo Fleet opportunities, through tagging and kitting.
