What's the role?

The Solution Support Implementer (SSI) is instrumental in the flexibility and execution of Solutions implementations for both large and jumbo Fleet as well as the ON!Track software. The SSI will work closely with, and support, the Solution Success Specialist (SSS) and AM/RM to execute the ON!Track implementation, including asset management, inventory management, employee certifications, and equipment maintenance, and training of client personnel on the phone app. The SSI will often work independently on jobsites tagging assets, training client personnel, and ensuring data uniformity. They will work closely with Hilti personnel in preparation for large and jumbo Fleet opportunities, through tagging and kitting.

What does the role involve?

Solutions Implementation Preparation

  • Assist the Solution Success Specialist (SSS) in pre-implementation activities to design the optimal solutions for each customer’s implementation plan
Solutions Implementation Execution and Customer Trainings
  • Assist the SSS in the implementation process across all relevant customer sites, including office, warehouse, jobsite, vehicles, etc.
  • When directed, visit construction jobsites and offices to train customers and provide expertise on the use of, and challenges in, device management and proper tagging practices of ON!Track software
  • Produce sales leads and customer intel for AMs and RMs at the close of implementation

Support Ongoing Customer CARE (After Initial Implementation)
  • Act as a support option to execute the care process by working as system experts to existing customer base either in person or virtually to ensure customer success by executing additional trainings and support based on individual customer needs
Warehouse Tagging
  • Work closely with distribution center personnel to pre-tag and kit fleet tools, as well as upload data to ON!Track where applicable
  • Act as a subject matter expert on tagging practices

Train New Team Members
  • Assist with the training of new SSI team members on tagging, data entry and phone app training
General
  • Work independently from a home office
  • Additional duties as assigned

What you need is:

  • Valid Canadian Drivers License required
  • High School Diploma or GED, required
  • Equivalent work experience, preferred
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite and smartphones

  • Capability to get to warehouse and jobsites, and occasionally travel domestically

Up to 80% domestic travel, when required.

Adverse Working Conditions:
Job requires walking on simulated construction sites and uneven surfaces, and may include climbing scaffolding, ladders, and stairs

Simulated construction jobsites may also lead to exposure of excessively loud noises; ear protection is strongly encouraged and may be required on some simulated jobsites
High occurrence of sitting, standing, bending while conducted training exercises

Safety Equipment Required:
Hardhat, safety vest, safety glasses, gloves, steel toe boots, and long pants required for working jobsites; must observe and abide by any and all safety regulations as required by Hilti and Canadian Occupational Health and Safety Regulations (COSHR)

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to walk on construction projects, climb ladders and scaffolding, and able to lift and carry as much as 65 pounds
