• Maintaining supply inventory levels for the warehouse
• Processing inventory transactions in SAP
• Overseeing the correct transfer of stock into the destination warehouse
• Creating and receiving purchase orders
• Stock location moves
• Providing delivery updates from vendors, factories, etc.

• 1-3 years experience in a similar role such as Administration, Procurement, or Customer Service
• Previous experience with ERP systems such as SAP is preferred
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field is an asset
• High attention to detail, extremely organized
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, must be familiar with creating formulas & spreadsheets
