Job Description

Are you looking to work outdoors in an inspiring, fun environment? Camp Jubilee is on Indian Arm in North Vancouver, BC, a 30-minute boat ride from Cates Park, North Vancouver, BC. We provide camping opportunities to children and families from our 128-acre campsite.

The Grounds Maintenance Worker is a seasonal position working Monday - Friday. We are looking for a hard-working, resourceful, "hands-on" person to perform landscaping, waste reduction(recycling/composting), cleaning, and minor maintenance-related duties. As Camp Jubilee is a water access-only facility, experience operating small boats is also an asset.

The successful candidate will be a team player with good guest service and basic computer skills. The ability to lift objects to 50 pounds is necessary, as is a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. A criminal records search and standard First Aid/CPR certification are required).

As Camp Jubilee is a residential facility, our staff stay at camp in staff accommodations during their work week and go home on their days off. Staff accommodations are shared with other staff, and meals are commentary. A staff uniform is provided.
