THE ROLE

Liteline is currently seeking a Graphic Designer to join our team. Reporting to the Consumer Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating impactful packaging and graphic designs that effectively communicate our brand statements. As a key member of the marketing team, you will play a crucial role in helping customers across various industries understand our products and brand through visual communication.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can transform information into engaging, clear, and informative messaging. You will proactively collaborate with internal teams and strive to discover better ways to achieve our marketing goals in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gather necessary data, information, and materials for project completion.
  • Design product packaging, including die-cuts and mock-ups.
  • Create renderings for packaging and displays.
  • Develop product shipping labels.
  • Produce installation instructions, including vector drawings.
  • Design POP and POS materials, such as display headers.
  • Generate technical drawings using Illustrator.
  • Obtain design approvals through a multi-step review process.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graphic Design Degree or Diploma with 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Effective time management abilities to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to switch between projects and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
  • Attention to detail to ensure design specifications, content, and deadlines are met.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
  • Experience with large-format printing (e.g., vinyl).
  • Familiarity with InDesign text styles.
  • Experience using data merge with InDesign.
  • Bilingualism (French) is an asset.
