We are looking to hire a Full Time Accounts Payable Clerk to report directly to the Controller. This position requires someone who is detail oriented, organized, professional and self-motivated. The ideal candidate will have Accounts Payable experience with an automotive dealership.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
· Receive and verify invoices for goods and services
· Enter invoices for payment
· Prepare cheque runs
· Reconcile vendor statements to Accounts Payable Ledger
Experience with ADP accounting software, Microsoft Excel and Word is an asset.
