We are looking for a Financial Systems Analyst, reporting to the Senior Manager, Financial Systems. You will play a critical role in the day-to-day maintenance of our financial consolidation tool, currently OneStream. You will be utilizing OneStream (current consolidation software) to support regions during the month-end close process, generate and create financial reports for the users inside the organization, including senior finance leaders. You will also be involved in supporting other modules within OneStream, such as planning and tax provisioning.

The role is hybrid with 2 days in our Toronto, ON office or our Florenceville, NB office.

How You’ll Add Value:

• 
  Complete critical and advanced OneStream training to become a technical expert of OneStream
• Support the Center of Excellence for Financial reporting and FP&A functionality in OneStream to efficiently and effectively achieve business objectives, standardize best practices, and facilitate shared knowledge in OneStream
• Support, develop, and train the skills of OneStream users around the globe through regional training initiatives to allow greater depth of OneStream knowledge in the McCain organization
• Maintain and update OneStream models to incorporate new functionalities and address backlog requirements that have been identified
• Build new reports or optimize existing reports
• Proactively safeguard database integrity and security

About You

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science
• Very strong technical, analytical, and systems skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with consolidation software strongly preferred (multi-dimensional databases e.g. OneStream, Hyperion, SAP-BPC)
• Experience with SQL and vb.net / Visual Basic programming languages an asset
• Consumer products, foods and/or manufacturing experience a definite plus but not required
• Self-starter, ability to work independently
• Solid oral and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships, manage conflict and embrace change
