What You’ll Do

Join our team and experience a rewarding and challenging work environment with skilled and supportive teammates. Our Calgary Location is currently accepting resumes from dedicated and energetic individuals who are looking for a career as a Business Finance Manager.at our Bobcat of Calgary location.

You will be responsible for financing new or used equipment to retail or wholesale customers.
Other job duties will include:

FINANCE, SALES AND INSURANCE OPERATIONSSells financing and credit, life, accident, and health insurance to customers.
Provides customers with thorough explanation of aftermarket products and extended warranties.
Converts cash deals to finance.
Seeks new lending institutions and maintains good working relationships with several finance sources to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
Processes finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval.
Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner.
Processes all paperwork related to the sale of equipment and/or attachments.
Completes paperwork necessary for vehicle sales, leases and rentals in a timely and efficient manner.
Checks all paperwork for correct title, lien information, taxes, etc., before forwarding to sales coordinator.
Acquires and maintains current provincial insurance license, completing continuing credit insurance education as needed.
Provides customers with complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
Manages the alternative finance source program to ensure that several sources are available.
Seeks insurance companies for insurance paper.
Maintains insurance files.
Sets up and maintains a program which will ensure 100 percent turnover to the F&I department.
Provides sales force and sales managers with current information about finance and lease programs continually.
Trains the sales staff regarding the benefits of financing, insurance and extended service programs.
Ensures collection of all finance and insurance fees.
Takes all credit applications.
Maintains a professional appearance.
Maintains a clean and professional work environment.
Helps salespeople close lease deals.
Stays abreast of current manufacturer lease programs and promotions and informs sales staff of any changes, phase-outs, or newly-implemented programs.
Explains the concept and benefits of leasing to customers.
Other duties as required

Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and organize workload in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail with the drive to meet tight deadlines.
Excellent customer service skills with the desire to exceed customer’s expectations.
Post-Secondary education or equivalent experience.
Prior outside selling and cold calling experience preferred.
