Do you love meeting new people, providing exceptional service to your guests all while driving throughout the beautiful Okanagan Valley? Kelowna Concierge is hiring a shuttle guide who will specialize in transporting guests from the Kelowna International Airport (YLW) and evening wedding shuttles while always maintaining the highest level of comfort and safety.

Starting Rate of Pay: $18.00 per hour + gratuities (this usually equals out to being $30/hr)

Status: Full Time/Part-Time Hours: 3-5 Days a week

Qualifications:

• Possession of CLASS 4 UNRESTRICTED license.
• Greet and safely transport passengers within Kelowna to/from the Kelowna International Airport.
• Effectively communicate with dispatcher, customers, supervisors and other staff.
• Handle guests concerns with a professional attitude and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate the skills and knowledge to safely operate a commercial vehicle, a fully equipped 15 Passenger Ford Transit Van or 24 Passenger Bus
• Practice safe working habits including assisting guests with their luggage that will require bending and lifting (over 60lbs) appropriately to avoid injury.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including mornings, mid-day, evenings, overnight and weekends.
• Proven attendance record that demonstrates punctuality and proper time management.
• Uniform and appearance are kept clean and presentable.
• A current driver abstract is required, must be obtained within the last 90 days.

Training: Newly hired Drivers will receive extensive training in both the dispatch office and behind the wheel.

We provide Kelowna's Hotel Airport Shuttle, SilverStar Mountain Resort Ski Shuttle, Okanagan Wine Tours as well as Craft Brewery, Distillery and Cidery Tours. We also offer Concierge Services like providing local recommendations and booking attractions and adventures throughout the Okanagan for our guests. Our Corporate Services include Destination Management Services, Group Tours, Retreats and Transportation Services.

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
