About the role
In this role, you will be working face-to-face with our donors, clinic team members and volunteers and providing them with safe and quality service during each phase of the collection process. Through interacting with our healthy donors, you will play an integral role in building and promoting a positive donor experience.

Additional Information: Shifts will be flexible as assigned; can include days, evenings, and weekends. Travel out-of-town to attend multi-day mobile donor centres is required, transportation and accommodation will be provided by Canadian Blood Services.
