Job Description

Rotation/Shifts

Days, Monday to Friday, 4 hour shifts (07:30-11:30, 08:00-12:00).

Basic Requirements

  • Secondary School Diploma (Grade 12);
  • Successful completion of TOH medical terminology self-directed learning program or certification in medical terminology from a recognized educational institution;
  • Six (6) months recent clerical experience (which included the use of medical terminology);
  • Experience in booking/scheduling practices;
  • Data Entry (4000 k/h);
  • Basic Excel;
  • Basic Word;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to prioritize;
  • Good organizational and problem solving skills;
  • Demonstrates above average initiative and judgment.
