Delivery Tech Inc.

Position: 1-Full time 1-Ton truck driver, $20.00 p/HR

We are currently accepting resumes. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 year's experience in the pickup and delivery, (courier) industry for the Edmonton area!

Scope of work:

• Drive 1-ton box truck
• Must have experience with power tailgate and pallet jacks.
• Must be able to report to Delivery Tech yard in Acheson, Alberta.
• Must have a smart phone, be somewhat tech savvy, with the ability to use your phone to communicate with our dispatch team.
• Milk run with set clients in the AM and regular P&D service for the afternoon.
• Pick up and deliver freight with-in Edmonton and surrounding areas. Majority of our freight requires HANDBOMB service.
• Must be willing to work longer days if required, max 12 hours per shift on some days, if required.

Candidates should be professional; customer service orientated, and practice safe driving policies. Most freight will require breakdown off pallet onto cart and brought into the clients building, placing the freight where the client request's. Drivers will be required to execute these deliveries with a positive attitude while maintaining a professional appearance.

Candidates will be required to work a full 12 hour shift if requested to. All drivers are required to wear company uniform and certified steel toe boots while on the job.

All driver must:

• Pass a criminal record check and proof. IE: Recent check or pardon.
• Must have a smart phone, be able to use it, with enough data.-Have a clean drivers abstract.
• New or within 30 days, 10 year commercial drivers abstract.
