Well established Burnaby company is looking for a permanent full-time Customer Service Specialist to join their team.
Salary - $55K-$58K base salary + benefits, paid vacation
Good transit accessibility - 100% in-office, no work from home available
Responsibilities:
** Handle high volume of client calls and emails from clients
** Helping new and established clients through all order processing stages while meeting service quality expectations and applying knowledge of pricing principles
** Provide product knowledge and product recommendations on all stock carried and answer any customer queries
** Look after returns and handle any order and product issues with shipments and deliveries
** Support and collaborate with internal teams and attend meetings as required
Required Skills:
** 3+ years of experience in sales support, account management and customer service
** Previous inside sales customer service experience an asset
** Previous experience with ERP systems
** Intermediate MS Office skills
** Excellent attention to detail and good organizational skills needed
** Great interpersonal and communication skills
** Must be able to work in fast paced, high volume environment and adapt to change
** Strong analytical and problem solving and conflict resolution skills
