Requirements:

  • Must have experience with Microsoft/Excel
  • Prior customer service/sales experience is a plus

Essential Functions:

  • Book zoom meetings and educate/troubleshoot questions with clientele
  • Work cooperatively between customers, service providers and other departments
  • Communicate with customers and vendors in a clear, effective, and professional manner
  • Receive customer inquiries, issues, or challenges and follow-through to resolution
  • Basic filing and data entry
