Requirements:
- An upbeat, positive attitude

- Math/Accounting skills are a plus!
- Must have experience with Microsoft/Excel
- Prior customer service/sales experience is a plus
Essential Functions:
- Book zoom meetings and educate/troubleshoot questions with clientele
- Work cooperatively between customers, service providers and other departments
- Communicate with customers and vendors in a clear, effective, and professional manner
- Receive customer inquiries, issues, or challenges and follow-through to resolution
- Basic filing and data entry
